20 year haircutting veteran (of the 700 block on Queen st. West), Rodrigo Andrade launched UPPER751 Parlour for PTC in March of 2016. Rodrigo delivers style with an old world mentality focused on sevice and comfort, that in turn defines the integrity of the existing community. PTC has naturally curated this eclectic bondage of local art, design and installation, in this multi-functioning A&D studio that overlooks busy Queen St. West, serving local fare from R2 Cafe and North Of Brooklyn Pizza for clients on the run. The full-service, complimentary bar and spectacular sound system supplied by MOOG Audio allows clients to kick back their feet after a grueling day in the vintage barber chair that he reupholstered himself. The highlight is that clients benefit from 50,000 hours of proven workmanship and experience from one of Toronto westside's most talented & animated haircutters, Rodrigo Andrade. Yup, old world considerations for new world, real service with a genuine smile!
